What is Guard Tracking

We have partnered with a leading manufacturer of security guard activity tracking software to provide you with documentation of your contract security guard activities. This system makes it possible to know where and when the guards where at any given time.

How Does The System Work

It works by installing a series of RFID tags (each with its own unique identification number) in any location and having security guards read the tags with a handheld reader. The recorded tag numbers along with each associated time stamps through any phone line to our computers for processing and verification. The activity results can be emailed or faxed for review of locations patrolled, timeliness, and accountability.

Full Customization

We download a copy of the floor plan of the meeting area where your meeting or conference is taking place into our computer. We then electronically place our RFID tags in strategic locations where the security guard(s) should patrol and have a presence. The new electronic floor plan allows us to know where to place the RFID tags and it tells the officer where to patrol and have a presence. The software is then installed at the meeting location to document the guard(s) activities.

What is the Laptop Security Kit

The laptop security kit provides your laptops with the most advanced security. It provides a vice-like grip on your laptops through a unique locking and cabling system. The security kit can also be used on flat panel displays, LCD projectors, servers, printers, or any accessory.

How Does The System Work

The locking device is temporarily installed on your laptop or other accessory through the security port or the micro security slot. The cable is connects to the locking device and the other end is secured to a table or another stationary object. The lock is removed by a multi-disc, double bitted, high security flat key.

There can be individual keys for each lock or a master key can be designed for all of the locks.
